We were very pleased with the industry talk by Dr. Christian Fleig given as part of the bachelor's course "Information Systems II". Dr. Fleig is an alumnus of Prof. Mädche's research group and now works as a Team Lead Controlling at the Lidl International. 

As part of his lecture, Christian Fleig gave exciting insights into the global SAP S/4HANA Central Finance implementation project at Lidl. In his talk it became clear once again that Enterprise Systems implementation projects are more than just IT projects. Lidl is part of the Schwarz Group and operates with around 376,000 employees in over 12,200 stores in 31 countries.
