Industry Talk “Using Conversational AI and LLM to Improve Customer Service at Allianz Germany”

  • We are happy to welcome our alumnus Dr. Peyman Toreini and Daniel Faisst giving an industry talk as part of the master's course "Designig Interactive Systems: Human-AI Interaction".  


    Their talk will focus on leverage conversational AI, in particular large language models, to improve customer service at Allianz Germany.  Daniel Faisst is Product Owner for Conversational AI Allianz Kunde und Markt GmbH, Dr. Peyman Toreini is Human-Centered AI Specialist at Allianz Kunde und Markt GmbH.
